Conditional SPA was entered with Buyer, 3 months time frame to pay balance 90% only commence after obtaining CCC, VP and Developer's consent. Developer will only issue its consent after CCC and VP. So currently only 10% in my pocket, balance depends on when's the completion of the property, pray hard Developer expedites it.
