i'm d one of d buyer of sunday ... realy very updet on d issue of VP... Cannot imagine MEH /Achitect can simply juz issue VP w/o completion.. I think v hd to team up to make complaint to our end financial & MEH...

Recently i hd lodge an official complaint to bank & query d bank on 100% release/ disbursement of the final loan sum with this type of condition/completion.. i also attached some photographs for their fair valuation. Now awaiting d bank reply... i also wrote an email to MEH /Architect requesting for their supporting letter fr respective local authorities for their 'Surat Sokong/ surat pengesahan siap kerja' which certify d work completion so tat it support d architect for issuance on VP. I'm in doubt whether they r ready for d authorities to carry out d inspection. Finally architect hd reply & stated tat he maintain d issuance of VP of property is in order w/o any support doc...Although, i respect him as a professional persone earlier but now really pull me down with tis type of answer & w/o any explanation .

MEH now hd start charging me for d service charges for maintain d common facilites /area fr 9/7/15 after VP as stated in SPA.. I wonder how they can charge me on d service charges & yet d common facilities/area r still under construction & yet to be ready for purchasers to use in safe /enjoyment. D common facilitis/area r part & parcel of VP requirement as its stated in d SPA. With VP , V hd to start paying for service charges.... Service charges r use for maintaining d common facilities/area.. fr above, it is clearly spell out tat d VP should come wif common facilities/ area completion. ALL Buyers, pls start write in & challenge d validlity of VP. If success .. it will save us a lot of cost by pushing back d bank interest & service charges to MEH..

Hi Kicimia.. understand wat mention in SPA.. D whole SPA bias to MEH.. however VP does not clearly state in d VP condition & requirement... only mention tat VP will be certify by architect with d parcel pratically completed. This is wat r d grey area here... Pratically completed... as mention in my previous forum.. VP should tight up wif Common facilities/area completion which yet to be complete by MEH... V can alway argue on tis wif d VP validities.. Anyone here r lawyer / get to know lawyer where can seek for their expert advise..
