I went for the joint inpection today and it was TERRIBLE. The corridor looks like 'jail'. Hard to explain in words and i couldnt take a photo because its so dark. The common area is not even done yet. The unit itself is worse than terrible. The cupboards cant close properly, all the stains (paint stains) are still there, water marks at the ceiling, windows cant close at all, the entrance door (fire proof) looks like my store room's door etc.

It is very dissapointing. I would like to sell it. Any idea how much it can fetch now?

just my comment... i think facing forest is not a bad thing. especially at night at high floor... u have natural aircon..
