Dear all SOHO 2 buyer,

I think you guys received letter of handover already...

Did you notice that in the letter it mentioned that the CCC is still pending? Can they ask us to accept the delivery of VP when the CCC is still pending?

As to the VP of ED in particular Soho 2, I find it to be a very sloppy way to do the handover.  Technically, they can say that the unit is ready but the surrounding environment have not met the safety and health aspect as far as one can see from the visit there.  That is to say, the unit is ready, but it is not safe to even get there.  Debris can be found over the place and construction is still ongoing in a some ways.  For the architect to sign off the VP stage, I think there he has some explanation to do.

Another observation, is that the units though fully furnished are not furnished yet.  Buyers need to coordinate with multiple parties such as TV and Minibar (with an electrical shop), Air con with someone else after VP and god knows whom for the curtains etc etc........

I know many buyers are not too happy over this matter.

Just proceed to pay the balance amount and get the keys?

Or you guys will appeal for it by write in to Empire office?

Hi, anyone received maintenance charges letter for Soho 2?
It is about 6 months from April to Sept.

Anyone is requesting to waive it and success? As I think it is unfair to charge us? Since the CF is out around June? So anyone did ask for waive for maintenance until June?
