Wow! Dis is new to me. Approval date of building plan? Try to get fr developer. They suppose to reveal it since its part of clauses in SnP. Based on 42months, whn is vp date? I think dis project already delayed. If not mistaken, taiko pai also has some unit. But since under dibs, damage to purchaser is limited. Anyway dis is a good buy. The sleek buildin is nice. But quality wise, good luck to all.

Ask the developer to giv a copy of the buildin plan approval since its stated as part if the conditions in SnP. Ther is no reason the want to make it confidential.

Plant tree to look complete but its not complete. No strike jackpot. Entry i think 500psf. If subsale goes to 750psf, its only 50% appreciation. Unless can strike 1000psf thn u got the jackpot.
