Cheap meh?? my business work with Shopping mall's tenant. 1U, IPC and curve didnt reduce their rent also... If you mean encorp strand and paradigm then I believe lah. haha

Thanks, but don't worry. I already know this topic, mostly all negative stuff. was trying to reply the truth to the people. some people don't accept is fine to me. Just putting what I see. Last I bought another development, out of sudden the topic for this development appear in LYN. then people start bombard negativity there and said it will be abandon la this la that la. Then got PM ask for low price to sell to him. I ignore and sold to genuine buyer after completed, and I had 30% gain from flippin' it. So I guess there are people who like to press down the truth for their own gain. sad..

HAha, I should, but I am small flipper. don't want wait long. I don't go for 5 unit or 10 unit. unlike other flipper.
1 or 2 in my hand, then sell. after that do it again. Maximum 3 unit. After all, I just do it to pass time. Collect rent if can rent out.

is a low cost condo lah, not very big net gain. hahah, got the money went to Taiwan for 6 days. then come back.
I happy my family happy. can spend my bff good dinner also. still got left over so search again for condos. ED giving good reasonable rent so I didnt want to sell. You think should I? Offer from agent not that good also. Now comes to EC. A bit hiccup. But i went through my hubby's consulting firm. He said if you have holding power then ok.

But let me rephrase, the bank still value this project. So like my friend a subsales buyer still can get loan approval with only minimal deposit.

well we all don't want negative impact for sure. just take it easy, move as it goes. The subsales agent have few branches of bank they knew that they would approve if their eligibility ok, my friend did took their advice and went for the one they recommended. Might want to ask the agent themself, they also want sales. Anyway it really doesn't matter, the negative news of this project is already being done so hard. So much so some sellers are already selling as dead chickens, probably they hold too many units to cover. I am worry about my unit condition too, like some of you guys do. sweat.gif Anyway, as said by someone, we will never know until years later which move is correct for financial gain. We are yet to see who will have the last laugh.

Exactly! The problem alot.

When I had ED, as I said earlier in this topic, I had to fork up 5k extra just for workmanship to do repair job before even starting to renovate the kitchen. and manage to rented it out for 1.5k until now. So... if you ask, why I still want EC? because I am already preparing these part of money to do the service. brows.gif
