They admit they have cash challenging issue, just like Genting on the movie theme park case

Those investors - Koyak liao.. Cash burning, they have to pray this developer can make it thru,, Otherwise, crying also no use..

Genting don't have cash flow issue. Comparing Genting with meh is laughable, mean meh is in serious cash flow trouble.

Units VP mean work done and completed. What to compromise?

Genting theme park projection was under projected two times. Thing is they managed to secure the additional funds. Unlike meh puik. They are cash rich

the comparison with genting is nonsensical. genting cash reserve could buy the whole meh group laugh.gif they just take financing to maintain their cash position just like Petronas. they are the true blue blood companies who understand it is not worth it to save on interest but to maintain a huge cash hoard at all times against bad weather, to toughen up confidence, and be able to take advantage of opportunities.

Very simple. Toilet Paper reported this developer said got RM315 mil bank loan. Interest rate about 7%. RM315 mil X 7% = RM22 mil interest.

Interest alone is RM22 mil a year. This developer pays RM22 mil interest a year. No wonder so LANSI la.

I do not buy anything from LANSI people. When people go shopping for somethings they won't buy from LANSI sales people. Makes me wonder why people buy from LANSI property developers. Saya tidak faham.

most probably MEH rectify ER's problem faster and better than EC so they dont get in trouble, this maybe because ER's customer all rich and have status, they don't dare to give trouble to them. imagine if one of the ER owner works with the government agencies.
