10k to me is very big so if can save why not? If developer deliver shit it is their fault. Buyers pay on time.

Participation in forum just for a leisure way expressing own opinion and wondering how many of posts really factual and constructive. Number of post does not relate or reflect anthing on the sales and the quality of the project.

I have to say credit must be given to those forummer to continuously bash a project till it reach double figure version.

Wahhhhhh....Put my personal disclaimer that it is purely my view and opinion already...Still kena bakar....Ehhh Jangan la......If it is really as bad as you think....Then should kesian me and dont flame me la....Hehehehhe...The car and wheels analogy is a good one though.....

But anyways, is ok la...Each to their own opinions. I am already in there. I just have to have faith and manage my own expectations and do my own follow up lah and press on the developer la. Hopefully all will work out for the better in the end.

I mean, i have taken into account all the issues of flipping, renting, holding on, before i decide to jump in. Isnt that what you should do before jumping in? You mean there are ppl who just jump in without studying and taking into account all this? So i am not so worked up.

But yes, one thing is for sure and i agree with some of you all here, the quality must improve. I honestly will say, of all the property i have (which is not much), this one is not the one that provided me with the most satisfaction. But like i said, i've taken all the risk into consideration and i have been assured that my complaints all will be taken care of. So i belive they will honor (seems nice when i spoke to them) but question is when lor???

And after reading most the post here....honestly....I really really hope for the best.......The posts here kind of affected my optimism a little.... unsure.gif unsure.gif

I know someone bought this at 2xxk only. From calculation even if he can't rent out, mostly commitment only 1k.... So will hold power. My Fren silly enough to say easily can rent out rm2k for 4xx sq ft. I show him middle finger coz nearby rent only me 1200 or less. With 3 rooms. Sohai

Does anyone here have Cosmopolitan Avenue SB's bank details?

I received this stupid tax invoice for the monthly maintenance fee (I think) and they provide every single detail EXCEPT the bank details. What kind of farking morons did we buy our units from...

Maybe this is a ploy to make us suffer further...

if yes. if the unit yet to handover, purchaser can refuse to pay for management fees?
