If you are Bandaraya what would you do? Ask them to tear down the entire building and re-do? It was very clear this Wooly Mammoth deliberated built an extra floor and later armed twisted the Bandaraya to approved revise plan with extra floor. The consultant engineers and architect are fully aware of this extra floor and yet did not do anything. Now you can see how unscrupulous this extinct hairy elephant like creature Wooly Mammoth is.

CPC is mean that building is completed. I don see those pics share in FB shown that building is completed. The SO who signed the CPC is damn Fxxking unethical Architect. Buyer should bring this to LAM Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia so remove his professional from the Board of Architect Malaysia. Shame.

ya one more issue - no CCC , if owner sell also, there will be a delay..in SPA,  date of completion will be calculated from date of CCC.. want to run also susah..

For ED Soho which is not under HDA, MEH provided curtain, TV, fridge, kitchen cabinet, sofa bed, queen-sized bed divan, headboard and mattress and pillows i got more than 10 pillows from MEH staff.    cos many purchasers didn't collect the pillows after VP.

They have erected 20 COLUMNS in preparation for works.
