any one feel like this before?
I felt like this during my uni years.... in UK.. winter... too cold to go out, nothing to do, exam time and I spent 90% of the time in ROOM.... 10% in kitchen/bathroom/market place buyign groceries.....
P/S I have solution for my depression now... my daughter`s smile

easy for outsider to say.... another solution that I did was to stare at the blue sky or night sky.... it makes me think that I am so puny compared to the problem that I think was the world....
