I plan to get this galaxy tab in Hong kong next week.If you all see in engadget forum than you found out this GalaxyTab is DOA.

Can this site moderator create owner list of this SGT.I,m one of the lucky owner.
For Samsung galaxy Tab bounty hunter. I can conform they is no stock SGT from saturday in KLCC and Sunway Pramid. The assistance manager at both place said the SGT sell like pie in the sky.The new stock only will come for another 1 week or more. for those who follow this site will know my prediction will notice and i repeat again. this tab is DOA !

If the site moderator can create a SGT user list ,may be can organize also coffee shop meeting with owner of SGT and sharing knowledge and experience , since Google android is open platform and direct openness, more over ,android is free license.

Samsung galaxy tab as a modem is awesome . just go setting >wireless and network >tab tethering > help mode. you be guide on what OS you running on PC. if your using windows XP you need to download tetherxp and install on C:
tab usb tethering , and bravo. you can surf web site.
i done comparison using as a modem on omnia II and SGT. They seems have a different in modem speed.SGT more-more stable and fast compare to omnia II. i 'm using DIGI.Thrust me, this SGT modem is like Lamborghini.

This app will kill papago ,garmin map or any paid map.You can plan direction and not bound by data connection when you reroute.Is stand alone map and the great part is absolutely free for android SGT owner.

Google map 5.0 is the best out there.I can install using Google map.apk
this tab is gun blazing. I really satisfy using It.worth every penny my hard earn money I save for this tab.

After i upgrade to firmware jm4 using kies, something not right on my dolphin browser HD.Now cannot pinch and Zoom.Any suggestions?

Thanks for the thread.After struggle so long cannot pinch and zoom on Jm4 firmware now my tab speed like Lamborghini.I hope this year is all for androids tablet especially SGT.

dare to say this tab is DOA.For those who use this tab will know that they never revert to netbook for browsing internet.Further more I personally think.this android platform is amongst light weight in OS system.So people get advantage over speed and RAM management.

Added on January 15, 2011, 11:37 pmSo far my SGT is rocking fast like Lamborghini with no sign off Lag,heavy apps install and perform high graphic games and apps.
I'm using JM4 firmware .It now replaced my notebook as work purpose,open manual on site work. No more hassle to carry notebook.It's handy and the battery is last longer than my toshiba notebook.Heavy usage for 5 hours plus still solid.

I suggest to people who what to buy a SGT, better buy from SME outright. You still got full Sammy warranty and the price is cheaper than maxis day light robbery, I think one of you mention already the price is rm 2400. may be you can put some bargaining,who knows? You won't regrets buy this Tab cause you have assess to endless of free apps.

If i know you earlier i sure buy from you, i among the early birds buy this Tab 2 month ago at pie in the sky price.If my friend what to buy,,how much the price ?
