just got my SGT 2 days ago, my firmware is JJ2 is that the latest? or do i need to upgrade to latest firmware which is what version now? any views? i try to use wifi to connect to my laptop wireless running as ah-hoc but my SGT cannot see the wifi connection, i can connect via the my laptop thru ad-hoc on my iphone4 though ( so my laptop setup i believe is ok..... anyone can help?

xda have so many firmware version, so confusing, mine unit have JK2, can some expert share, what's the latest firmware no. orignal samsung asian firmware. thks

one question, found so many applications that needed rooted andriod to run. so decided to root my sgt, u guys use superoneclick or z4root. pls share ur experience

pressing the small power button to put the tab into sleep is a bit arkward, is there a software button toggle in home scrren that can put the tab into immedite sleep mode? (same like pushing the power button). If you guys know of such applications please share...thks

just updated my tab from jk2 to jm4, and rooted with superoneclick. seems a tad faster then previous firmware and now got calculator apps.
