i finally received what was supposedly to be the final commercial copy of the tablet.
but its not. however since there isnt going to be anymore changes to the hardware, i suppose i should actually review it now before my wedding kicks off in early october.

as you can see there are 2 units. in total i have 3 units. that;s bloody annoying to try and figure out which is which.
i have quite alot of nice things to say about this piece of gadgetry. but i also have alot of dissapointments.
The latest unit was flown from Samsung HK to me directly. i just received it at 12.39am.

this is nothing. i'm the only person in s.e.asia to have a working windows phone 7 in my hand.

read my review and judge it yourself. i've listed all the pros and cons and given quite alot of additional information. any questions feel free to ask me over there.

my price is accurate and there's no such thing as a wifi cheaper version. this is not ipad.

it wont be available in msia.

can buy from overseas and send it back overseas for warranty. if can afford to buy , sure can afford to pay postal charges.

m'sian media all got last week jor. 20 units brought in,
3 went to maxis, 10 went to samsung employees, 1 came to me and 1 more to my friend, another 5 distributed to appropriate media.

finalised RRP is 2699. will kick off with maxis telco promo for whatever price i don't know yet.

quality is ok la.
product launch around end october.

battery life after playing with it for 7 weeks still the same. 1 day normal usage.
heavy usage of watching movies, playing with gps, gaming with the gsensors is less than half a day.

i got around 6 units with me now. stacking up collecting dust. 1 unit i took and use it to put on my desk as digital photoframe. wanted to put 1 as digital clock but waste my electricity only.

now currently attached to windows phone 7. i cannot reveal much but i can tell you, windows phone 7 is alot smoother than anything i've ever held before. totally no lag.

nah, ipad cant make calls.

video call is a general thing. since the resolution on the front cam is 1.3mp is looks way better than the n79 that i have.

And you heard from who ?

i am the person with 4 units of these and u choose to believe others ???? So weird la this place. anyway i'm outta here.
