My maxis 3g also got problem yesterday

Yes.

I felt the heat too. But no way as hot as laptop tho.
One more thing the battery for standby time is really good. Just that when games and surfing with 3g or wifi on ot drain really fast.. i lasted 2 days with only few hrs surfing during those 2 days. And the brightness at >25%, 3g and bluetooth on.

Do we need to turn off the 3g when not using? I had been turn it always on since few days back when i had the maxis connection problem. Normally i use wifi most of the time just leave the 3g auto.. Btw i m using maxis 3g pacakage. Just to be safe. The 3g plan should help on the risk of the bill shock...

Oh damn. So I need to extra caution.
And I set the credit limit to rm250
Wanna reduce it later.

Try ebay or dealextreme.com

I sometime get some good stuff from there, some cheaper than here,
Or else u need urgent go local hardware/DIY shop or lyp.


Regarding to maxis,
Me too i used them more than 10 yrs, but never got any special promo from them.
Twice tried their bb but end up cancel them for additional cancellation charge.. NS!

But now tied to their data plan bcos of sgt! So far no comment yet still waiting for the latest bill.
Have another sub line(wife) thinking of convert them to principal and port out soon..
If any shock bill in the future, i would just cancel them and pay the early cancellation penalty and move out... Just in case..

Yes. Think it is beautiful wodget and the wallpapers can easily get from google
but not sire the actual url.

Just google 'android wallpaper' u can get tons of it. ;-)

been using sgt as tablet and phone. So far has been cool. But need to get used to it for the first week. Till now everything is just fine. Paired it with bt headset works perfectly.. And agree the form factor is excellent but still still not as easy compared to 1 >4" phone.
