Try go to Settings -> Application -> Manage Application -> All tab

Look for ADW launcher tab

choose force close, clear data and clear default

reboot phone and choose ADW as default launcher again

Hope it works smile.gif

did that thousand of times....but still no go...

I found the culprit already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but found out after reflash to stock!!!

its due to an app that ive installed...very hard to find coz i installed hundreds!

WTF!!!!im so pissed man!! Be careful with installing apps guys...some will give u bugs!! Now i need to be careful and test all the apps that i install...

the F*%^ING app that gave the bug is **Photoid PRO**. Dont install it in your tab...but not sure if it will harm yours...just be careful..

End up the whole day reinstalling all the apps back 1by1! cry.gif

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is expected to launch on December 16, 2010.
The Samsung Galaxy Tablet will cost RM1899(12-months) and RM1599(24-months), both under contract.

Yeah, i agree. But maxis isn't that great either. And the risk of bill shock.
Imo celcom is the best for data. But is not great. But better than digi and maxis.

I m mostly on wifi so hopefully digi doesn't screw up tio badly.

Usually Maxis has priority because they can upfront commit to certain volume of devices which digi cannot.

here's what I use:

1) Dolphine HD (so much better than Tab's built in browser!)
2) Default (Thinkfree is doing good enough for me already)
3) Rock Player (can play RMVB)
4) Default (not fan of flashy photo viewing or something... so didn't really take time to search for this apps)

Why do you all prefer Digi plan (rm1899) when it's more expensive than maxis (rm1849)?

Is it because of the unlimited usage for rm68/month vs maxis rm48/month (500mb)?

yes . 500mb is almost useless. big risk of getting RM250 bill.
once over quote , they charge you RM50 per mb.

+1, and I am not current maxis user, so I need a voice plan first, in addition to the data plan in maxis. While the digi one, if using smart plan, I don't need to pay for voice if I don't use it.

500mb is a joke lar if u wanna use for a tablet.
Even 10 mb is not enuf for a 5 min youtube video

Bill shock prevention plan so go digi or celcom... tongue.gif

Right now, i m really need to check my maxis bill ever month. They usually have few hidden extra charges..
Remember few yrs back, there got few ringgits of bogus sms charges every month..

What I did is setting watchdog to 90% from the subscribed data plan. I subscribed to 500mb. Anyway my usage is roughly about 40~50%. So far so good.

I guess it depends on individual.

For those who have wifi at home and workplace or visit places with free wifi, then 3G is not required.

Maybe those who commute or students or outdoor type require more 3G

yes depends on own needs..

I m still a bit worry abt maxis bill shock.. I do recoomend to subscribe the 3gb plan for peace of mind.. wink.gif

For those boughty with maxis, no worry lar. Maxis coverage still the much better than digi. The value for sgt not too big difference between maxis and digi..
