Got my A10 today. Haha..

Can anyone advise me how to display my SIM contact only at Contacts. I opened Gmail app and it auto sync my SIM + gmail contact. My contact list are now 500 plus which includes email address that I dont even know.

Another thing is, how to wake the phone on stand by ? After the phone went standby i cant bring the screen up. I can only awake it via pressing the power button which brings me to the unlock screen option.

You can "filter" to "only display contacts with phone number" check the settings

Power button is the only way to wake it up i think....

Wondering how to transfer file from pc to Garmin Asus A10 on bluetooth mode?

Keep getting error for sending file to A10.

i got a few questions:
1. if i root the phone now, when android 2.2 comes out, do i need to unroot to update?
2. after i open apps and i press the 'back' button to exit, is the app still running in the background? how to see apps still running? in symbian, i only need to press the menu button for few seconds, then i can re-enter the running app...

Shahz, since we have 2 thread about A10, should we make one of it as the official thread ? This is just my humble suggestion.

smokey, as long as you are not running a custom ROM, should be no problem in updating to Froyo when its released..Like I always tell, superuser is only "full permission" to the phone. Nothing is altered.

Nagenaz, actually both threads serve different purposes..LYN had limits to images so I had to make a separate one for it I think we'll use the other one as official since this one is just "sneak peek"..
