lol thanks, here is the red one, (the blue one is not shiny so i shy to upload it)
notice the small tear in the left front. Though there's lot of defect line, but nvm, time by time i realize making things perfect are difficult. I'm still lookin for good material to make it better... Attached thumbnail(s) |

yeah, actually i get the idea from BRITZ but too bad, i can't find it everywhere in singapore. lol when i ask some of my friends about these 3 colours (black-silver , white - silver, red - black) ALL of them will prefer red colour one, especially the female.
nevermind, for me i don't care much about this MP300, i would like to buy M3300 or M3400 either. Design is horrible, but the sounds 100x better than MP300 for sure. here is another Boxy chrome edition of my Mp300, very bad though... Attached thumbnail(s) |

have you re-inserting the cables and clean it up. Dirty wires could cause zzzz sound and for the bass, i think the subwoofer is already broken that's y the bass more powerful than before. In 1-3 months usage, (depends) both sattelites and subwoofer would break time by time.
Any setting you accidentally change in media player? |

Hmmm i know what it likes when installing a webcam and also having a video-call. The master and wave will be decreased to 50% both.
But that doesn;t make sense, actually for me, wave 50%, wmp 50% and speaker 100%. So the master is somewhere 10-20% controlled using multimedia keyboard. If you set wmp and wave to 100%, the treble will become so sharp. Btw, try changing settings in media player especially equalizer and 'SRS WOW effect' (if available though). My last suggestion, use wmp plus AC3Filter, it really makes a difference especially watching DVDs. |

hmm for the soundcard, im using integrated, both laptop and desktop. So if youre using such X-Fi or Audigy, i cant help larh..
for wmp 10 or 11, i prefer : techno as the equalizer (or Dance for heavier bass) with the left option on first (set slider to move indenpendently). SRS WOW: I prefer 25% SRS and 50% WOW (sometime 25%) But apart from it all i still use techno eq but i don't use SRS WOW anymore I'm using AC3Filter instead. If you're interested in this AC3, inform me after install and i'll share some of my opinion.... Good luck |

hmm the altec lansing ACS45.1 was good (very good at that time made). But incidentally, the sattelites placed beside his leg (beside your drawer).
So what is happening is he always accidentally kick the sats and damage it. Everytime i increase the volume, the right sats will distort. So i decided to switch both left and right with a cheaper speaker (3inch satellites). However, keep in mind that though most altec lansing does not produce sharp treble like edifier, but they're heavy in that size (like Edifier MP210). I assume that heavier speaker is better mostly. Btw, for my case, i get a shock when i opened all the altec ACS45.1. the right satellite's cone pressed, the satellites got hole, and also seems someone has tear it. how horrible it is looks shows how horrible it distort.... If your one is damaged, my preference is to replace with cheaper one but depend on which altec youre using.... To all: I have checked M3300 today and it's very good, especially in clarity. Its size also not very big as i thought, but is it true that M3300 available in silver colour? If its i'll be more interested then. (found it in Google image) @wuakaka : Go to AC3Filter in start menu or in WMP = Tools > Option > DVD > Advanced First of all, go to system tab and do this : (my animation consist of 4 images) Added on February 9, 2007, 9:05 pmHey everyone, i just bought M3300 today. it sounds good, especially the clarity though i need to break-in more. So my ex was X300, and current were MP300 and M3300. I wonder why my edifier always ended by 300..... hahaha This post has been edited by nismo91: Feb 9 2007, 09:06 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

new euro requirement states that any electrical equipment when on standby should consume only 1W or less. the S330 consumes more than 1W when you switch it off via remote (standby) so now to comply with euro requirement there is no 'standby' already.
can shutdown via the switch behind the sub, but unless necesarry there is no need to turn off your speakers. Edifier speakers are known for its durability. |

QUOTE(joscmh90 @ May 9 2011, 09:58 AM) But if din off the speakers , what bout the electrical consumption ? the power consumption should be very little. no sound is processed -> no electricity is loaded. probably little current is consumed and wasted into heat due to inefficiency but dont worry about it la... or you can just off the main switch through the electrical socket switch...or do you mean that i can just switch off through the main power switch ? if you have unstable electricity or risk of thunderstorm, advised to turn it off through main. otherwise no need to worry... |
