yes, the NEX-3K comes with a 18-55mm lens while the NEX-3A comes with the 16mm pancake lens
if you want both lenses, get the NEX-3D package

Make sure you bring something lens with 100 to 300mm range.. Its a waste of time if you bought kit lense.

I once shoot with my CZ1680 but can't reach the animal better.. Only got wide shot.. You can view its pic on my flickr.. Ah my pics are noob..
Better you buy at normal shop.. its price is around 70% from the Sony Store..

18-55mm kit lens is something similar to 3x zoom
16mm is wideangle with no zoom

the weird weird: NO, u are opt to purchase the fisheye or UWA conversion filter. the 16mm just comes with 16mm.

Cheapest would be 1.7k... still 85% of retail price la.. Impossible to get 70% LOL...

theWeird_Weird: as most will tell you, a33 is very different from nex3 and both are targeted at different segments of users. and the price also difference... vastly different. a33 i think rm2399.... not too sure tho.

street price probably wont be THAT far apart.
just do more research on both cameras.... and think about which one u need more.
then go and try at Sony Style.. then decide, then buy, then enjoy!

what i concluded (my conclusion ar... haha):

I somehow prefer the Nex3's grip over the Nex5, i have my reasons. haha.
actually its not that expensive... you dont need ALL the adapters.. they're only add-ons...
and shooting panorama on the nex feels more natural than on the a33...
Curve SS got a33 on display already.
also one of the main points of NEX that i have concluded from user feedback is, if you enjoy MF-ing (manual focusing la! haha), then you'd love the nex with all the adapters...

nex use e-mount, optical-stabilize (and thus more expensive i guess) and being compact (without lens)
alpha dslr use a-mount, in-body-stabilize and bulky

prime should have acceptable sharpness at wide-open(biggest aperture) but when stop down a bit will be sharper.. (might be in this case)

Sony 16mm Pancake is really not as sharp as the rivals like Olympus and Panasonic one but that just corner sharpness, in center sharpness the 16mm Pancake still competitive

another thing is the price, Sony 16mm is relatively cheaper than two of their rival A LOTS so is simple you get what you pay, don't compare a G Lens with Kitty Lens
