go out and shoot,shoot and experiment more shooting...thats the way i learn...learn the basics of ISO,shutterspeed and aperture...those 3 are related...

u can increase your f-stop or increase your shutterspeed to go into HSS mode...this will reduce the flash from the pop-up...
