yo guys.. any1 here using US version?

i cannot login to the battlenet when i tried to play the game.

i had same problem as this guy..

and i got reply from support when i complaint

Dear John,

Thank you for contacting IAHGames support for StarCraft II.

The reason why you're unable to play is because of region locking. Your current StarCraft II is already associated with a battle.net account from the US http://us.battle.net/en/. The only way you can play within Southeast Asia is to purchase the SEA version of StarCraft II.

For any other concerns/enquiries, please feel free to email us again and we'll be more than happy to assist you. Have a nice day!

Regards,

Kobe

Why don't you try uninstalling and install again and see?

Which battle.net server account that you sign up for? Was it the SEA or the US version? Coz' you have to register your CD key unto the US Battle.net account.

US version cannot play on SEA servers, no word of whether ppl will be able to in the future though.

However, SEA version can play in US servers in a future patch.

Q:  If I have already purchased the North American version, can I also play on the Southeast Asia/Australia/New Zealand servers?
A:  No. To have the option to play on both servers, you must purchase the Southeast Asia/Australia/New Zealand version of StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. This solution is specifically targeted to address gamers in Southeast Asia/Australia/New Zealand who have social relationships with North American players from previous Blizzard Entertainment titles.
