Steve is a very reliable and extremely responsive seller, there's no doubts on that; I believe he will keep his promise and fulfill it as long he could afford so

however, it's rele hard to conduct business especially if you're middle man that getting stocks from suppliers; it's totally unpredictable and hard to prevent any conflicts from occurring though.. so please bear with him, cuz it's not his fault but still he's trying his best to settle it..

For normal pre-order (game only), you will get Initial Premium Voucher which contains a bonus PSN code for downloadable items:
Kessler Skin, 24K Gold Amp, Electrocution Grenade Power and Lightning Hook Power
