it will loose it shape bcoz is wrapped with plastic.
but it should back to round shape after u put it back into water for some times....

You received the parcel with plastic only? I wrapped a lot of protection on the parcel So it is actually protecting the marimo during shipment, imagine if during delivery without the protection, maybe you may receive a pan cake marimo hahaha

the marimo did wrapped with a lot of protection, but due to it's not in a box before wrapping, so surely it loose it round shape....
of cause it's not "pan cake marimo"

I see Actually tested before, it is more worst if use box, Poslaju will take more care on the parcel that using their plastic bag, if you use the box one, the way the handling ur parcel will be a mess
