lucky me.. i managed to buy the phone without any contract nor prepaid from Celcom..
i think it depend on the salesperson.. some shop can.. some cannot..
maybe they'll get more comission if selling with contract..
there was a shop with LG sign in Sg Wang Plaza selling RM1k+.. 

Later I plan to go to celcom center see they will offer me a phone without contract or not, is the force me to buy a simpack then nevermind
