I heard it will be launched in October. let's wait~
btw, sb700 is also launched. http://www.nikon.com/about/news/2010/0915_sb-700_04.htm it said "Until the SB-700, the SB-900 has been the only Speedlight equipped with a Master function*. However, a condensed form of this function has been built into the SB-700, which is also equipped with accessories such as a bounce card and a diffusion dome. " but in the 3rd function, it said "3. Quick wireless control mode enables simple control of flash output for two remote flash groups This is a new feature that allows the Master flash (SB-700) to control flash output levels for flash units assigned to two remote groups, making multiple flash photography setup simple." Maybe my english is not that good, does this means SB-700 has master commander or no? This post has been edited by zellleonhart: Sep 15 2010, 03:00 PM |

QUOTE(kewlboy @ Oct 22 2010, 02:14 AM) Hopefully the actual confirmed price would be lower.. D7000 looks a bit smaller then D90 to me on its horizontal length, but is it really smaller in the specs (dimension)?Btw, http://www.flickr.com/photos/rob-1/4994040258/ http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_8S7SswDCeRk/TJOG.../D7000+back.jpg D7000 looks smaller than D90? |

The price is not damn expensive, it's noise control is even better than D300s, magnesium alloy body, 39 AF points etc etc and it's definitely a distance better than D90. D90 when newly launched was 4388 if not mistaken, so D7000 is just RM700 more expensive, I don't see why it's not reasonable...

QUOTE(ccf1286 @ Nov 17 2010, 06:21 PM) This machine is lot lot more complicated than D3000. Many function and setting that I dont understand at all!!!! Believe me, after 2 weeks you wont bother to use back D3000 anymore. Capturing using D7000 will seem much easier than D3000 lol.I believe I really have to read the whole menu guide???? that going to take long time... Changing WB, ISO etc are just clicks away. Just like D90 XD But D7000 is using a different dial la. |

QUOTE(Kent3888 @ Nov 17 2010, 06:57 PM) Base on ur own preference, if u want it as ur normal walk around lens den take the 35, much easier to take group pics n stuff if u wanna take more portraits den take the 50mm, better if the 50mm 1.4G, =) U can try out with kit lens at 35mm and 50mm and try shooting Hmm sorry I didn't state clearly Wat u mean D7000 using diff dial? I mean the top MODE dial, A S P M the one, not the front/rear dial |
