Hi Everyone,

I am currently user of NIkon D3000. Since D7000 had been launched, I feel like to upgrade myself to a better camera.

In fact, I am not really keen in photoshooting, however, I always want to take a quality photo. D3000, when I shoot in the morning (enought sun light), the photo quality are pretty good (my opinion), there is no different compare to high spec camera. Problem is, when I try to shoot in low light condition, under shade, romantic restaurant (always low light), or indoor..moving object (my daughter) always goes blur..even i put highest ISO 1600, picture tends to be better, but a lot of noise and color seems came out inadequately.

In short, I have two intention to change to better spec of camera:

1) fast respond, or I should said, fast focus
2) can shoot in low light condition with, for example ISO 6400, with nice photo outcome. nice photo outcome = no noise, correct color. ( I dont like to use flash)

my questions as below:

1) if I maintain with my D3000, and change to better lense, would it solve my problem?
2) D300s and D7000 just little different, if in your opinion and I should pursuit for better camera, which one should I go for?
Yes..i feel little shame when i see ppl better spec of camera in public, and I always tends to hide my Model of my camera..haha..However, I always remind myself , "what you want" is most important that "how people see"...so..please advice..

If for me, I would get myself a fast lens (maybe a prime with larger aperture) if i'm on a limited budget. Depends on your budget and shooting requirements.

There's no need to feel shame about what camera you're using. I used my Nokia 5800XM also jadi sometimes for candids. tongue.gif

You're doing things wrong. Get better lenses, not a new camera.
