Psu: HUntkey Green Star 550watt
So, can someone guide me the settings how to oveclock in P5Q-SE? Just wanna try to OC at 3.0ghz.

I want to OC for my e5200, but i dunno how coz i'm newbie in OC. I just know that i need to change the fsb, multiplier, vcore, or some kind like that. Btw here is my spec:
