Guys, any chance minecraft going cheap or free this coming Christmas? I promise my sister to gift her that game, but I feel its a waste ifthey're giving the apps away for free or cheap. Its $6.99 rrp.

going free will probably be impossible looking at its popularity. dropping a few bucks is hard to say as it has not been slashed in price since it has been released.

Yea, you're probably right. But I'm not rushing into it right now. Its only another week and if it doesn't change, I'll just gift the apps anyway on Christmas eve. Although I figure a lot of great games ARE going to be slashed during the holidays, so there will be some apps I might get apart from minecraft.

Nice game, but I bet theres only few songs are free while those really awesome ones have to be purchased to play. I'm playing another Square Enix game called Guardian Cross and the music really does have the Final Fantasy feel.

yes. since the app itself is free
there's actually only one battle song and one field song free
all others is IAP
there's already like 59 songs and 25 chibi ff characters in IAP
wish they would just make some free later
or make it a point game where one score clear enable 1 download

but still every menu of this game is full with a lot of nostalgic memorable FF osts
i can just sit on any menu just to listen to the music (which most of it is a better arrange version)
love its battle concept, since i dont like field concept that you need to swipe up and down, i always missed the line
it'll be even better if the input we give really determine the battle happening on screen
instead of just chances of hp decrease if missed a trigger.
square-enix has missed a lot of opportunity for a better gameplay here
still an ear-gasm especially if you love FF ost game

Yea, I do enjoy games like this. But after installing several similar like games on iOS, I get used to their IAP tactics. I get my FF fix from other games.
