Use Alien Respawn to restore to factory default..

OR

You can try uninstalling the Nvidia drivers via Control Panel, then run DriverSweeper in Safe Mode.. and try to reinstall the one provided by Dell in normal mode..

What is that kind of opinion lol.
With all due respect sir, that is exactly the thing I am angry/rage about.
Dell are shipping faulty goods to their customer, and whenever problem arises they just give them refurbished/used/etc and even if they replace them with a new one, problem are still there because the cause is not fixed. What? I paid a great fortune for it and I expect NOT to worry about breaking the hinge every 3-6 months.

This is not right. Dell is being an arse and expect customer to go away with the warranty bullshit?
You guys ever thought what happens when your warranty period is over?
AND okay let's neglect that warranty crap, say Dell promised to replace the hinge even if the warranty is over, I still need to worry about when it's going to broken etc, and you know, your time are valuable, when it's broken, it needs time to be fixed and even though its NBD, it's still time.
*
Not only dell replaces parts with refurbish parts.. Did you read the warranty terms? Normally every company states they have the right to replace with refurbished working parts.

Well this must be the M11x design issue..

Hi all... anyone has overclock their m11x R2? I saw the BIOS has the overclock option but dare not try. Thanks smile.gif
*
No worries.. you can try.. up to 166 FSB iinm.. but not all processor can run up to that overclock level.. BSOD will give you signs you should lower it smile.gif

Hi Eugene, I have just change the number to 166 and windows run ok. How do i know it has been running in OC mode? Thanks for your help. smile.gif
*
Check using CPU-Z..
May I know what is ur processor? i3-330UM? or i5-520UM? or i7-640UM?

Try gaming with it see if you encounter BSOD smile.gif

If it's stable I recommend you try this How to Supercharge M11x Corei5/i7 UM CPUs
Seems to increase performance in Overclocking.. Otherwise Normal overclocking seem to reduce performance instead.

meaning you should have 1.5GHz and 2.8GHz for Turbo Boost after changing from 133 to 166

But as I said the link I gave in my previous post will definitely boost your performance biggrin.gif
