Hi all, I have met 1 problem here....after resolving all previoud issue.....

I cant shut down my 17x properly....everytime i click shut down, the m17x will shut down everything except the light of the AlienFX...does it mean it does not properly finish shut down?

everytime need me to force shut down by keep pressing the Alien head power button, scare will rosak later ler

ya the fan stop spinning d..and i tried to left it until the next day morning..the light still on but comp no heat at all.

hmmm, i have update everything except the bios A09 driver..maybe i should try it =/

my keyboard has been canceled due to lack of stock..zzzz

i had use HDD and SSD before, once you use SSD you dont want to use HDD anymore. its very fast when loading any stuff and with M17x u can keep your movies and stuff on 2nd HDD.

Well if it keeps this way, I see myself running on GTX 480M SLi's soon..... as long as Alienware comes out with that configuration. Deviltech's looks good but its still not as attractive as the Alienware M17x PERIOD!!!!

not really using for games, i have not test any game yet on this system.
but yeah the SSD is really fast, i had it compared with another M17x and M15x which running on 7200 RPM.
need some recommendation for backpack, notice this laptop is very heavy, not sure if normal 17" backpack can hold it.

why don't you use Fixed Benchmark? Variable is good, but too long right

Nice. With an OC'd single 5870 I got about 46fps with 4XAA running on 1920x1080. Yours is 1920x1200 and no OC Yet....
