is it clearing old stock battery and make it user non-replaceable so can earn more bit from it ??

Is it not about the replace battery problem, it is odd about the old 1200mAh battery model used.

Shud use a higher capacity 1, if wan to use same capacity also change a new slimmer model battery instead of old model.

So might make ppl think of stock clearing and some kind to ways to prevent u to change it within the warranty period.
Even you can change it after the warranty period by yourself, but some normal/business user dnt have free time to do that, nokia might earn quite a bit from there.


And symbian dun need fast processor is just a damned excuses, if it really doesnt nid a faster processor , why would it lag in the N8 ?
Dont tell me u watched so many videos of N8 , none of them is lag, the lag is obvious even though not so noticeable.
But that's a lot compared to android 2.2 froyo phone out there. Especially when web browsing.

Symbian =/ Android. Thus, processor needed is different. Even sgs 2.1 lag with powerful hummingbird (and will improve with the upcoming froyo end of this month), so N8 can improve with its upcoming firmware after few months of release.

Pls la, every os is different. Not every os require super hardware.

But super hardware is always better than outdated hardware right ?

just make an analogy :

windows xp just do very well in pentium 4 right ?

but wat abt windows xp with a core i7 ?

notice the diff ?

just a little analogy about the OS and hardware. make sense.

Take example of windows, linux, mac.

we should fix the OS as the constant variable becoz u said it is the OS drive the speed of hardware.
we fix the OS , then change the CPU, and we saw the speed increase.

how about u put 1Ghz to the symbian and make it become 2Ghz ? funny ?

the fact is there, use 2 years old cpu to cut the cost and increase the profit then bluff abt symbian 680mhz = android 1Ghz, same goes to the battery as well.

You just don't understand do you? If the current hardware already make the OS speedy enough just like other 1ghz phone, then why need super hardware? For example, I have corei5 750 processor+windows 7 ultimate+8gb ddr3 RAM and compare with a friend of core 2 duo, Linux OS, 3gb ddr2. Both OS show same speed, just hardware is different.

If you want super hardware phone, you have to sacrifice the battery life. My SGS 1/2day use, battery already kong. Good hardware doesn't make OS gonna be good la.

i mean same brand of CPU,lets say cortex a8 600mhz and 1ghz a8 cortex.for sure 1ghz a8 cortex is better.i desire more ghz and more ram.even symbian doesnt require that much.
