No need so hard, so many ways to pwnd Maemo ler, but what for? Maemo is nothing, it's already obsolete, history. Haha; Nokia already don't care about it already, it's just mostly supported by the community.

The one that touch everyone's tails is Mr. Jobs with his Antennagate wars. Signal bad then admit la, must take each and every phone to prove and they can actually take time and spend on it; Got so much time and money, go fix their problem better.

without using carl zeiss there quite high possibility its true but 8Megapixel with fixed focus is just so disappointing.

I don't think the N8 is laggy. GSMArena posted the following video about the N8 hands-on yesterday at Nokia World.
The N8 seems very responsive.

As for functionality, I think Symbian only loses in terms of aesthetics and application stores. Functionality-wise iPhone 4 still doesn't support Flash or BlueTooth file transfer. As for Android, my HTC Hero still has problems connecting to 3G/WiFi sometimes, but my N86 never has that problem. I think Nokia N series phones are pretty reliable.

They may laugh at u say : are u buying a camera or a smartphone  with 2 thousands ??

Hahaha honestly the launching of E7 and C7 was very disappointing with fixed focus lens

Like that Nokia N8 still have the edge in camera category

Don't compare DSLR wt n8...  Don't compare dc wt N8..  Don't compare android wt n8 coz symbian don't need so fast cpu..  Don't compare n8 wt any camera coz camera don't send sms..

one more thing is, your DSLR cannot upload photos into FB and video into Youtube without going thorugh your PC

Is it not about the replace battery problem, it is odd about the old 1200mAh battery model used.

Shud use a higher capacity 1, if wan to use same capacity also change a new slimmer model battery instead of old model.

So might make ppl think of stock clearing and some kind to ways to prevent u to change it within the warranty period.
Even you can change it after the warranty period by yourself, but some normal/business user dnt have free time to do that, nokia might earn quite a bit from there.
And symbian dun need fast processor is just a damned excuses, if it really doesnt nid a faster processor , why would it lag in the N8 ?
Dont tell me u watched so many videos of N8 , none of them is lag, the lag is obvious even though not so noticeable.
But that's a lot compared to android 2.2 froyo phone out there. Especially when web browsing.

But super hardware is always better than outdated hardware right ?

just a little analogy about the OS and hardware. make sense.

we should fix the OS as the constant variable becoz u said it is the OS drive the speed of hardware.
we fix the OS , then change the CPU, and we saw the speed increase.

how about u put 1Ghz to the symbian and make it become 2Ghz ? funny ?

Honeycomb is mainly for highend + tablet from what I heard.
