I thought this was about "Test Bench" cases but certainly it is not....

to overclock, you need a cpu, memory, motherboard, thermal paste, a hard drive, a PSU and any heat extractor or exchanger you choose to use... owh yeah and an OS and electricity...

Casing definitely a big No-No in overclocking, unless you mean midly done, then open air is the way to go...
