got my new company setup recently & need your thorough guide (A to Z) on how to import goods from china to malaysia (shah alam)

- do i need to have license to import small quantities/small package items by air freight?
- how can i avoid/minimize tax?
- i don't like being scam (i bet all people do), can u guide me the easy way to spot scam/problem china company..
