check out garage sales.. sometime there are people who doesnt know about region lock.. and are willing to sell of their pal consoles...

either that get it from oversea..

but i reckon u buy a ntsc-j and just sell it off before u leave the country and get another pal.. will work if u dont keep the games and just sell them for cashflow
