My noob & humble setup 

This is my noob setup..

The subwoofer is under my table...i think u should be able to see that..

I'm using Edifier M3300..not bad la for medium price speaker..

wow.... Z5500! my dream PC speakers!!!!! but on the table ker.... doesnt everything shake about? and yeah..... wont the sound all come from ur right side then?

Try relocating your sub on the floor bro, experiment it facing the wall too....that will bring the best out of most sub. Make sure you have proper "run-in" session with the sub too if it's bought recently. I would highly suggest that you use the digital optical cable as connection rather than the analog red n white cable. Hope this helps and all the best trying. 

man.... why use RCA analog cable when u can connect it digitally using optical cable to connect xbox360 and z5500??? wasted la if using that analog red & white cable,you will only get stereo effect rather then 5.1.

Current KL home setup. Cramped and only contain secondary-preferred HT components. Denon BD player is already back in my home in Newport. You can thank Youtube for the blur-filter. Pioneer SE-DIR800C 5.1 Wireless Dolby Headphones (for sale), a couple of case-modded 360s (not hardware-modded), a couple of PSPs, Wii, Apple TV, Panasonic "Q", and the HT components in all black, refer sig *except for Denon BD player*, US PS3 60GB, Logitech Harmony One Universal Remote with touchscreen, and the newly acquired Pioneer SE-DRS3000C from Osaka.


If you cant access Youtube for whatever reason, here's the setup in picture form. Will be selling off that Bravia X for a Pioneer PDP-LX508G Kuro in 2 months, so heads-up to whoever wanting first dibs.

its quite powerful i test it at my cousin's house..
and the satellite speaker.. small but power also
best of all price is < 1k

erm not ddw5000 la DDW 685 hope its helps you....its hard to find the specs....erm its not in our local sony website...i bought it tat time with 5% discount was abt rm950...u try search in carefour subang i think can get cheaper
