Than press exit button to finalise the settings. Turn off your tv and turn it on again. Done. Basically its all up to your eyes. This is the best settings for me. The reason is because most of the time (at night) I watch my tv with minimal light, so if I didnt put it to medium/high, it will be too bright for me.
