This is a new toy i brought back from USA when i travel there last month.

i bought the teeter gravity boot, work very well with my bar ^^ hang myself upside down like a monkey =P (btw its good for decompressing back bone)

i even use it as a BARBELL~~~ just add plates...its universal~~~fits all the plates on market

all pictures and bits and pieces are my hardwork, pictures with watermark preventing ppl stealing my photos. hope u guys who work out very hard will understand =) i took 2 years to workout such shape... ^^ cheers

yeah ^^ no screw or hammer needed to fix it on the wall. juz hang it over the door frame. juz attached and go.
