 Pioneer Home Theatre Problem

Hi all, my pioneer DVD home theatre HTZ 282 got some problem. when switch it on, the display screen will appear "SU B COM", and then keep blinking

have checked with harvey norman people, but they dun know what is this and ask me to check with the pioneer people. when i request the phone number, they also not very helpful sad.gif

pls let me know if u could help on this. many thanks.

if troubleshootin options from the manual doesnt work
u can try to call pioneer
the numbers r on ur warranty card n manual book
1-300-88-2859

did u connect the cables correctly

thanks for the replies.

this problem was not stated in the manual book. and just now i tried to reset to the factory default.......now became worse, only can use the remote to on and off it. other button is not functioning at all. sigh

for the cables, i have replug all already and still not help. now no choice already, must call them

do ur remote hav a button labeled receiver?
just a thought
my 519 pioneer dun hav it
bt my 919 hav it
it seems u need to press the receiver button to press other button

call their hotline for the whole day, but nobody pick up. seems like they r still celebrating raya
