hey guys,why is whenever i lvl at Frosty Wind Valley (non pvp ch),i dont get any loots?is it me or the game is meant to be that way?

That means I can either accept or not whenever i get a notice saying i'm qualify to perform the job changing quest. Coz I feel like want to stay to Grade 1 for a while to boost up my ranks 1st. Do my ranks will drop back to Vagabond when I change to Grade 2?

just a quick question.will i be able to wear equipments higher than my lvl in rvr?basically in rvr for g2 war everyone will be lvl 40 rite?
