It's hosted in the US.If it lags a lot then try lagless proxy(need money of course)....

I'll be in titan...not sure about other guys.
It won't lag a lot for pve but for pvp and rvr every bit of latency counts... |

I would rather it not host locally...looked what happened to luna online...the local community sux to the max...
Anyways the latency is pretty ok,just a bit of lag when using skills.pvp and rvr is damn fun,do try it out |
