Haha. I am having the same problem too.
Wish there's a service to provide a tunnel to the Blizzard server in singapore.

It is most probably due to the gateway you're using. My friend tried reconnecting until he got the 115.135 ip address. That was the only way he could download any custom games.

I have already done that as well.
Tested with shutting down all the firewall and anti-virus programs.
It is still the same. Not sure what's wrong.

Just haven't reinstalled the game yet.
Might try that when I'm really desperate to play custom games.
