Just wanna ask some question before proceed troubleshoot.

1. just would to clarify is there any port forward have be done?
2. did sc2 has been allow or bypass for the firewall settings(either the modem or the windows)?
3. after you uninstall did u delete all the remaining files for you sc2. its might be the cache files remain. pls seek out and try delete it
