hi, anyone has 2nd hand Mazda 2 wanted to sell?

btw, asking opinions from all sifus here.
Mazda 2 sedan (VR), reg year 2012
100% accident free
milleage <10,000km
RM65,000
white colour, 2nd hand unit.

1) Is this price worthful?
2) & what to pay attention for when viewing the 2nd hand car, like what are the aspect that mazda 2 easily has problem in & I need to pay attention when viewing the used unit?
3) saw above comment from ychuan156, that white colour is really hard to maintain. I am worrying on this too.
