Hi all i've bee using M2 since April, the mileage is already 38k.. so far i had not experienced any default with this car, love the car rclxms.gif .... but then again i had to change my tyre because i ran across a pot hole, my rim got bent and had to be fixed rclxub.gif... since last week i heard a slight friction sound, i think it was from the tyre but donno, anybody experienced it?? will go to SC this sat

thats a total disaster for a 9month old car.. goshh din anticipate it would that low...

15% is the worst value that u have to bear .

remember , once ur car rolled out from showroon. U already lost 10% of its value . cry.gif

my previous car (honda city) ..10% deposit with 9 yrs loan.sold it on fourth yrs and got extra 4k (cash buyer). rclxm9.gif

Bro, U wrote to Bermaz??? I wrote 3 mails to Bermaz for past 7 mths no reply. Also to Mazda Japan but kena bounce email.

what is email add for Bermaz and Mazda Japan? I was thinking to complaint to them regarding my problem. If e-mail doesn't work that means I have to work on snail mail to both top leader.

btw..I'm not M 2 owner but it seem that Bermaz not taking the customer compliant seriously. They only looking for money only

Still having issue with my M2 HB. PJ SC still can not find any error with it. Keeps saying nothing is wrong with my car.
Driving style: Normal, daily usage.

Problems:
First few incidents: During slow traffic at federal highway
engine and battery indicators were both on for a while ( D mode momment) and sent to PJ service centre. They told me the battery bolts were loosen and tighten it up back. So should not be any problem after that.

2nd incident ( about 1 week later): At the traffic light.
Engine and battery indicators – on. Engine dies off suddenly, could not accelerate but have to restart the car. Masuk kilang for 2nd time. Again, they could not find the problem, they said my car is perfectly fine. So reset ECU and under observation for 6 hours.

3rd incident ( yesterday evening, also about 1 week from 2nd incident): slow traffic at kewajipan.
Was cruising at 10km/hour. Engine and battery light on, engine totally die off. Restart the car.  Back to normal. The car was a bit jerking when the engine dies off.
Is is because of the petrol brand issue? I am using petronas ron 95.

Some Mazda forumer told me to check battery terminal whether does it not locked or tightened. Also to get my SC to check alternator condition ( exhaust condition especially Catalytic converters and Gear Box as well)

This time i'm going to glenmarie SC for checking. I seriously hope the problem will ends there once and forever! It really pissed me off

Added on April 7, 2011, 12:08 pmDoes anyone has Mazda Japan and Mazda Malaysia HQ's email?

I don't trust Bermaz aftersale staff at all. I;m driving M3 for almost 2 yrs ( first batch) .Had complaint pedal vibration since week one . They keep saying that vibration is normal but only manage to work out something on it , only after I insist it.

They keep changed the wrong part and right know , they ask me to wait for Japanese rep to come here to rectify my problem.

Right now , they not entertain my email and even my call on their hp not been return.

I will lodge a complaint to tuntutan tribunal and seeking an opinion on how to face my problem with them

for those who interested to file a case to tribunal , dont waste ur time and money to file it. At the first place the higher officer at ttpm ( must be PTD) told me that I can file my case at tribunal .

I went to tribunal trial 3x.lastly on 3rd trial the president rejected my case and ask me to file it at civil court.

2nd president give me a award but cancel it on last minute (just to avoid Bermaz been sued my others owner if they allow my claim)

Looks more like a custom change than facelift model, i like the head lamps though, have asked around for those head lamp last year but the cost including import is around RM4k so I droped the idea.
*
another option , retrofit ur headlamp...cost less then rm500
