QUOTE(leinnz @ Jul 19 2011, 09:36 AM) bro... new car this time. better replace whole M2 with a new M2. i prefer mazda over T or H. or choose ford fiesta our twin sister. hehehe. We support u Thanks for your reply, bro! I don't get you what do u mean replace the whole M2 with new M2? Absorber stiff is it applicable only to M2 or same goes to M3. Changing the absorber won't void the warranty?? Exterior prefers M2 but interior wise Fiesta looks great!! Don't understand both twins, fiesta can offer so many stuff but not Mazda!! Otherwise will be a great choice!! How about FC? City/ highway drive is it gd? Bro, urs is sedan or hatchback?

QUOTE(shlimmm @ Jul 19 2011, 01:15 AM) I'm used to the above mentioned already, smell only occur when you rev above 4500rpm and its mild, knocking sound is not serious for my case, just drive slow over bumps. Just like what leinnz said, we are living with it Had my steering rack replaced once, and then there's the intermittent shaft which was replaced recently. Other than that it's a great little car Bro, thanks for ur reply. Changed steering rack and intermittent shaft seem major problems to me!! I'm not familiar with the terms u mentioned here. Like what Leinnz suggested to change the absorber will it solve the problem?? When I collected my gen-2 7 years ago, I faced this knocking sound problem too. Very frustrating! Went to consumer tribunal. Still couldnt solve it. Haha..at the end have to live with it as u said!!
