they memang tak peduli attitude. Now with more Mazda OTR, lagi worst.
even those mechanics in the PJ SC also, i seriously doubt on their competency. |

Well, i went to SC last week, to check on the knocking sound of my left steering side.
No changes have been done, they just tightened up the car undercarriage. So, i took my car back, half way driving, the SOUND IS BACK !!!!!! Tell me what I should do? Live with it? Added on November 1, 2011, 3:18 pm QUOTE(bebeq @ Nov 1 2011, 03:01 PM) and i start worrie more after i read motortrader case from the guy who got accident from the same reason... my problem:
1] (BIGGEST Problem) Engine dies off (now with black box installed in my car, so when it dies off, i can send back my car straight with the data recorded) . Logged in first official complaint in March 2011 ( when the car was 6 mth old). Continue fighting until finally 4/August/2011, black box installation in the car. It was horrible 5 months ++ fighting period with them. After installation, the car seems ok. Maybe some RPM tuning has been done. Asked but dint get the answer. Black box is still in my car. 2] NEW: knocking sound This post has been edited by bubs66: Nov 1 2011, 03:32 PM |

QUOTE(crasher @ Nov 1 2011, 10:49 PM) Yeah, I was planning to sell off my Mazda 2 sedan (4 months old) after I change the steering shaft in a few days time. Just got an email from sc that they had found a solution to fix the shaft and ask me to send it to them asap. They actually REPLIED your email? WOWO |

QUOTE(Jinster @ Jan 30 2012, 09:56 AM) i kinda have the feeling u meant that lol..sorry even if you pasang autolock at their appointed accesorries shop, eg GS Accesories, also does not mean you are free with electrical problems. It is Bermaz's issue that they did not educate their counterparts correctly. It is still under the same umbrella. Else why owners opt to do at GS accesorries? um well, from what i know, it is not advisable to do so/cannot be done but if really need to..tech from service centre might be able to help..if u send to outside accessory shop, please be careful to not let them simply cut and join wires lol.. so far i've not seen any owners done it before or maybe they did not say anything.. also, another matter..there are some incidents where clever people want to install "autolock" in their mazda car and in the end all kinds of electrical problems happened.. If owner bought the car from other dealer and the car has some issues, dont tell me that Bermaz/Prima Merdu does not want to take care of the car. Cuci tangan la macam tu. QUOTE(Jinster @ Feb 16 2012, 11:17 PM) How do you know I'm the only one having such issue? Maybe there r few more owners out there , those not active in any forums. U never know, or someone has covered it nicely.I am freaking mad n disappointed with bermaz. And I'm soooooo jealous with those who has no major issue with their m2. Smile also no use la, no fun driving only fear when it will suddenly stop. SC there ppl memang rough handling your car. Heart pain when I see it few days back. Looking so much 'older' compared to its actual age (1.5 yrs old). Lagi heart pain. Sigh...
