But clearly from the picture the sleeve is shorter than the shirt. So the length is measured from where to where?

Similarly for all the spaghetti-strap tops, does the length include the strap?

For the waist, chest, etc, that's all flat measurements, right? So I should measure round my waist then divide by 2 to match against your measurements?
