QUOTE(irenic @ Jan 11 2011, 10:29 PM) Gauge Battery Widget in market.. thx mate, i dare not to touch anything including rootin (cause mine defy is 2.51, need a bit workaround to root), until there is an ASIA firmware out in the open will not do anything drastic, cause if you need to send for warranty, you need that firmwackare pack.anyway this thread is worth monitoring.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...=906465&page=13 P/S: not my defy, so dont add me to the list EDIT: battery gauge still show 10% increment, i want 1% increment This post has been edited by silentser: Jan 12 2011, 01:45 AM |

QUOTE(lingch @ Feb 3 2011, 10:11 PM) Ok maybe more than one process. Emmm actually there's few steps you need to do fast do a guide on flashing back to stock rom, want to deflower my defy, but until there is stock firmware for warranty purpose, wont dare to do anything, will belanja you the big bottle, big bottle of pepsi, me cant touch beer/tequilla/vodkaSo here's what you need to do. Go download and install root explorer. Get into /system/app and find superuser.apk and delete it. Now use z4root to unroot the phone. Reboot and then uninstall z4root. Walla unroot clean fresh stock rom that will defy through motorola service center checkpoint REMEMBER to do a nandroid backup on your current stock rom before you flash to froyo or so just in case. The guide in front page still not complete yet. I will do a full step by step guide for safe flashing and rooting soon. Remember to buy me a beer after this This post has been edited by silentser: Feb 4 2011, 03:49 AM |

QUOTE(Nightstalker1993 @ Feb 5 2011, 03:15 AM) yes. ask that guy to replace it for you, bring the phone to motorola center ask to tuka the screen. let the scratchy guy pay for the billno idea, but after you submerge it in water you have to hit the phone to get the water out of the earpiece else when you receive a call, you can barely hear the other end! the china version is the link provided in the first post there. Full .sbf flash. after the flash, my phone refused to boot even into recovery or bootloader mode but thankfully rsd lite still detects it. and btw, my stupid friend managed to scratch my phone screen smack in the middle by scratching my phone along the edge of a CEMENT CHAIR!! Bloody hell already told the fella it'll scratch and in the end it did! #@!%@#@ and idea how to remove scratch from gorilla glass? Or should i send it to a watch shop? i can't feel it with my fingers but its pretty damn obvious if the screen is off and it can be seen if the background is dark. and if i run my fingernails over it i can feel it very obviously. ![]() |

Just went visit a couple of watch shops, all refused to take in my phone and hardware stores all don't sell glass scratch remover. you're using which keyboard? should be under keyboard settings you can disable the vibration during keypress. |

QUOTE(merce @ Feb 7 2011, 12:19 PM) http://stores.ebay.com.my/LuxuaryCellWirel...14.l1513&_pgn=1 i bought the z-bra + screen protector one, even though ebay show 18 + 6 for shipping (total all around $8 (SGD) ), but maybank show that my account only credited rm18.... so rm18 is totally a bargain there for cover + SP This post has been edited by silentser: Feb 7 2011, 10:17 PM |

question,
i use the step in the 1st page eclair to froyo, it seems like the .zip that is use in the CWM have been modified such as the booting animation. i kinda dont like it, so can i use the step of FULL flash but use the fixed sbf to maintain the downgrade? |
