yeah it have live wallpaper.. got news saying that it will upgrade to 2.2 in Q2. i think the hp shop got sell.. or u can search in garage sales section here..

What the battery life of this phone?

At 1540mah its one of the most long last battery life for android phones currently available in the market. I would say 2 days with moderate usages or 4-5 days if on standby mode most of the time


By the way, just saw the news that scientists are planning to send android phone to space and test how well it withstand the extreme conditions in space. Who vote for motorola Defy and see how well it can defy the final frontier?

this question really depends on personal usage and personal setting

for my experience, min i can use it up to 24 hours with 5% battery balance.

Max use up to 24 hours with 40% battery life balance. (with CPU tuner)

now i'm using CPU Tuner to adjust the phone speed 300mhz, 600mhz and 800mhz. So it really save battery power.

if using GPS on the road, it take about 10-15% battery per hour.

all this are my 'personal' experience sharing. hope these info help

Bro may I know your tuner setting? I'm using setcpu but I think it's the same. My settings are

Screen turns off = 300mhz
Charging/full = 1000mhz
Temp >40c = 600mhz
Battery <50% = 600mhz

With battery saver enable

I hope there will be poll to vote soon cause pretty sure Defy will rule them all But now nexus s is the one they have in mind

while reading book i'll set it to 300mhz only.
