Cool thing about wifi tethering is your phone acts like a wifi access point where up to 5 wifi capable devices can use the internet coming from your phone. And you can still make and receive call at the same time.

within 2-3 months, people will start using dual core phones. consider all single core obsolete already

look for SetVsel app in the market for underclocking and undervolting your defy. no need for milestone overclock or setcpu anymore. proceed with care, as always

its not 100% usable at the moment, camera still not working i think.

also in xda they are working on porting milestone 2 / droid 2 global firmware into defy.

my advice, stick to stock firmware until those flashes are 100% working, completely stable and error-free.

Defy camera is not that bad and its not that excellent too but it can focus and snap pictures quite fast so it is handy to have. One thing moto always did with the its phones is lowering the image quality of the pictures. If we install app like pic zoom pro we can see the difference when we bump the quality up.

I believe there is a new superoneclick app that can be used to root 2.51 and there are also quite some activities going on with custom 2.2 for defy.

we now have a fully working froyo rom for defy. there are 2 types of rom, 1 is the chinese 2.2 and another is ported from cliq 2 rom. the readme says no bugs so far, so hop on to xda-developers forum for it.

actually there is another (weird) way of using the phone for taking calls, if u see at the back there is another microphone that is used for noise cancelling purposes. right now i'm using the back speaker (lowest volume) to hear the callers and the 2nd mic to speak with them. it really raised some people eyebrows when i did that
